Obituary of Jonathan Oak Honaker

Jonathan Oak Honaker was born on August 19, 1973 where he was raised by his loving mother, Celia Bass and with a good working co-parenting relationship with his father, John Honaker. On December 23, 2023 in Venice, Florida, Jonathan passed peacefully at home with his wife, father, family and friends at his side at the age of 50.  He moved to Venice in 2007 from Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Jonathan graduated with an associate degree from college, worked as a Real Estate Agent and worked at the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota and Atlanta. He is survived by his wife, Florentine Mason-Honaker and her children, Bailee, Jaiden, Eric and preceded in death by Oliva; He is also survived by his father, John (Becky) Honaker; three sisters, Christi Rose of Connecticut, Lyndsay (Nick) Honaker-Silva of Montana, Ericka Rose Platt; a brother, Taylor John “TJ” (Tionna) Honaker of Montana and many nieces & nephews.

Jonathan is also survived by his father-in-law, Sylvester (Mary Anne) Mason; his mother-in-law, Florentine Mason of Philadelphia and eight brothers-in-law, seven sisters-in-law and their spouses. Jonathan was preceded in death by his mother, Celia Bass.

A memorial mass will be held in the chapel for the family at 11:00AM on Monday, January 8, 2024 at the Presentation BVM Parish, 100 Old Soldiers Road, Cheltenham, PA 19012.
